When you contact us, please have the APN number, County, and State available from the offer letter.
If you are interested in selling your land, we will complete “due diligence,” a process that takes 2-7 business days depending on the county.

Next, if everything checks out, we will send you a deed which will need to be signed and notarized by all the owners listed on the deed.
Once this is done, we will record the deed and send you a check for the amount agreed upon.

The cash can often be in your hand in 7-14 days.

IMPORTANT: Please note that all owners on the deed must be able to sign the document; properties owned by now-deceased persons will often have to go through probate in order to sell the property unless a trust or similar legal entity was created to avoid probate.
