The most important part of our business is getting customers to the right land for their wants or needs!

 

If you put down a deposit to hold land or sign a contract to buy land, and within 60 days realize that it's not the right land for you, we'll return your money no questions asked. Only the document fee is non-refundable. If you want to hold the land before you visit, just let us know the date of your planned visit when you submit the down payment and document fee. We'll hold it for you (up to 7 days) without creating documents so you can even get the doc fee back!

 We will gladly apply your payments to another parcel or give you your money back, whichever is best for you!

If you have purchased outright, and the deed has been transferred, please allow up to 30 business days to transfer the deed back to Lionheart Land, prior to issuing your refund or credit.
